This agreement is made and entered into on ____ / ____/ 20____ by and between Wonderland Toy Schnauzers(Seller) and __________________________________ (Buyer), for the purpose of setting forth the terms and conditions of purchase by the Buyer of an AKC purebred T Cup or Toy Miniature Schnauzer from the litter whelped on ____ /____/ 20____ out of ________________Sire, and__________________ Dam.
For $ ______________ the Seller agrees to sell and buyer agrees to purchase a male/female T Cup or Toy Miniature Schnauzer companion puppy from the litter described above subject to the following terms.
Seller warrants that the above described puppy is an AKC purebred T Cup or Toy Miniature Schnauzer and is not registrable for breeding. AKC registrable limited registration papers have NOT been provided to the Buyer as of the date of the completed purchase.
Seller shall provide Buyer with registration papers after receiving proof of spay/neuter from a licensed Veterinarian. Puppies must be spayed/neutered before the age of nine months. If such proof is not provided within this time, Seller will retain registration papers on the puppy.
This Agreement is made and signed by both parties to ensure the well-being and protection of this puppy. If the Buyer breaches this Agreement, the Seller is released from any obligation under this Agreement to provide registration papers.
