Shipping is $400 via an airline with dog safe compartments at eight weeks of age or older within the U.S.A. and includes: transporting puppy in airline crate, Airline Ticket, Veterinarian Health Certificate and puppy to the Airport. Add 4% extra if you use Pay-Pal (Pay-Pal fee).

Deposit for puppy is $100 required to hold the puppy of your choice. Deposits are accepted by mail with a U.S. money postal order only before the puppy is six weeks old (deposits only). Total purchase price of puppy will be paid in cash, U.S. postal money orders or Pay-Pal. NO PERSONAL CHECKS accepted for total price of puppy. Add 4% over the price of the puppy if you use Pay-Pal (Pay-Pal fee).

All monies must be received prior to the puppy’s sixth week of age. If not the puppy will be made available for sale again. There are no refunds of the deposit. Deposits are an agreement of buyer to follow through with puppy purchase. The deposit and all monies paid will only be refunded if the puppy dies (see Puppy Guarantee for more details).

Arbitration Clause

Every attempt will be made for the above agreement to be amenable for both Buyer and Breeder, however, if there should be a conflict between the Legal Agreement, all issues will be litigated in San Diego, CA courts only. Please initial that this has been read. _____________

Please note that if Buyer does not return signed contract that puppy Sales Agreement is void and the puppy is sold without any guarantee.
