To the best of my knowledge this puppy is in good health at time of delivery. The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian, at the Buyer’s expense, within three days ( 72 hours ) of purchase of the puppy. This guarantee is valid only to the person who purchased the puppy. Breeder is not responsible for any expenses occurring once a puppy leaves the Breeder’s possession. If a genetic / life threatening illness is detected by a licensed veterinarian , the Buyer must return the puppy and AKC papers to the Breeder immediately along with a letter from the veterinarian stating the medical reason for the return of the puppy. This guarantee is void should the Buyer not have the pup examined within the three day ( 72 Hour ) period. There will be no refund by the Breeder for any reason but not limited to : hernias, retained testicles, allergy, mortality, landlord’s disapproval, disagreement with family or any other problems not related to health. TO INCLUDE THE BUYER CHANGING THEIR MIND. Nor for illness caused by neglect, exposure to weather, injury, choking, poisoning, buyer takes all responsibility for health resulting in ear cropping. Cropping of ears voids guarantee.No guarantee is made to the disposition, life-span, size, color, show quality or breeding quality of any puppy. If any medical treatment is performed, without consent this guarantee is null and void. No guarantee is given for any kind of worm, coccidiosis, giardia, mites, canine cough or any other parasite. These parasites are very common to puppies and can be infected from your soil, veterinarian’s office, airline transportation or boarding facility. Your puppy has been wormed frequently from two weeks of age until your possession. It is your responsibility to worm your puppy and check for parasites. Hypoglycemia is preventable and not a genetic defect; therefore, is not covered under guarantee. In the event a puppy dies within the three day ( 72 hour ) period, a necropsy by a licensed veterinarian must be performed to determine cause of death, at Buyer’s expense . A copy of the necropsy must be provided to the Breeder within three days ( 72 hours ) of the necropsy/death of the puppy along with its AKC paper work, failure to do this will void this guarantee. Breeder will not replace puppy for any reason not related to serious genetic life threatening illness. THE BREEDER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY EXPENSES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: ANY VETERINARIAN BILLS, TRANSPORTATION OR OTHER EXPENSES. Should there be a life threatening genetic defect, having been there since birth, and diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian, the Breeder will exchange the puppy for another of the same sex , size, color and value if available. If the Breeder has no similar puppies within one year, the Breeder will refund the purchase price of the puppy. The Breeder reserves the right to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of their choice for a second opinion. In the case of a discrepancy between a genetic and an acquired condition the Breeder has sole and absolute final decision. Should the puppy be returned, the Breeder will only refund the purchase price of the puppy, not including transportation, veterinarian checks, gas, air fare, supplies or replace the puppy with one of Breeder’s choice.
